Questions
- When am I billed?
- Monthly through PayPal, on the same date you subscribed. PayPal emails you a receipt each time.
- What happens to unused hours?
- Unused hours don't roll over to the next month. If you regularly use fewer, I'll suggest a smaller plan.
- What if I need more work than my plan includes?
- I'll tell you before going over. Extra work is $35/hour, or you can move up a plan.
- How do I cancel?
- Give 30 days' notice by email. You keep your plan through the end of that notice period.
